Great snow in Puy St Vincent ski resort

Excellent snow for the holidays as you can see on the movie below made on Puy Saint Vincent ski resort this saturday 22th which was one of this skiing day which stay on your mind for a while.
In Puy, you can ride on the snow park area with a 250m long pipe, its bumps and slides, all of it in resort's center, with big air contests at night during the holidays. At 2000m, big moment on the 700m long boarder cross which will welcome at the 18th, 19th and 20th of january the French cup and the European cup, bumps area aside.

OPENING OF THE NEW CHAIRLIFT OF THE LAUZES ON PUY SAINT VINCENT 2000
The Puy Saint-Vincent ski resort welcom a new chairlift for this 2007-2008 winter : faster, more confortable and easier to use for children!
The 15th of december, in one of the resort most used section - the 2000 sector -, skiers will benefit of this 1097 meters long new system at the top of the technology and which can welcome 2400 skiers per hour!
The SEM Les Écrins, Puy Saint-Vincent ski resort manager, invested 2,8 millions of euros for this operation and choose GIMAR MONTAZ MAUTINO constructor.
A NEW CRECHE AT PUY SAINT VINCENT 1400 IN LES PRES VILLAGE
A still increasing commitment for familly tourism !
The Puy Saint Vincent ski resort which have the "Famille Plus" label since last winter, open in december 2007, a new creche with a capacity of 20 children near the snow garden at Puy St Vincent 1400.
This new 150m2 paradise for children is managed by the Communauté de Communes du Pays des Ecrins, and was co-financed by Puy Saint-Vincent and Department Coucil : 421 035 euros were invested and 36 500 by the Department Coucil.
HAND FREE SKIING
The microchip ski pass has arrived, putting an end to the hassle of taking out your ski pass to insert it into the turnstile!
Sincen last season, when you pass the gates and turnstiles, they automaticaly check the validity of your pass and you don't need to stop and take it out.
That's also thanks to this equipment that we are able to offer special deals and advantages for "regular" skiers, and that from this year, for a Galaxie pass, once your ski pass validated at Puy Saint Vincent gates, you need'nt go to the cash desks of the ski resorts using the same system.

BENEFITS FOR REGULAR SKIERS
The purchase of a loyalty card (which costs 3€ for a one day up to a 4 days pass) and other multi-day passes allows you to take advantage (from the second purchase) of "regulars" recharge prices.
Electronic wallet : By charging your chip card with points at the lift pass office you can pay for activities in the resort (such as miniclub, creche or cinema) as well as all the summer activities.
This card can be used to ski and charge your pass in every resorts using the same system.
